Beautiful music, lots of yoga, and pure joy come to mind as I reflect on graduation week at the Nosara Yoga Institute (NYI). This week was dedicated to synthesizing our learnings and teach a 90 minute yoga class to a small group of fellow yogis who walked the same steps I did over the last month. The week began with beautiful Kirtan (call and response chanting) in the Bell Tower, followed by a delicious dinner at Don and Amba’s home. As the week progressed, each of us taught an individual yoga class using our music and leading with our hearts. It was beautiful. The month-long program commenced with a gorgeous graduation ceremony, including family members and guests, celebrating new life through yoga.
